Are chemicals the only way to get rid of weeds in my lawn?
No, there are other methods to rid your lawn of weeds, however they are more labour intensive and not as effective. Small weed outbreaks can be controlled by digging out the weeds by hand or if the lawn is rundown, you may be able to out compete the weeds by fertilising and keeping the lawn frequently mown. Most weeds don’t like a strong healthy lawn and object to being mown frequently.
