Astro 120 ME Growth Regulator, sold by Australian Agribusiness, is a product containing 120g/L of trinexapac-ethyl. It is used to reduce turfgrass growth and improve lawn health by slowing vertical growth and enhancing lateral spread and density. This makes it useful for golf courses, sports fields, and residential lawns. It is formulated as a micro-emulsion and can be tank-mixed.

How it Works:

Application:

• Astro 120 ME is typically applied at rates between 0.1 to 0.2 fl. oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. 
• It should be applied to actively growing turf, at least 6 hours before or after mowing. 
• For optimal results, it's recommended to use it in conjunction with good turf management practices. 
• It can be used in conjunction with iron-based products like Largo and Iron Maid for enhanced turf health. 
• Application can be repeated as needed to maintain the desired level of growth regulation. 
• Calibration of the sprayer is recommended to ensure even application.
